Caulked Right

Outstanding. I'm a repeat customer and no one beats his caulking expertise. Gary caulked all around the house, then power washed and sealed the cement driveway and sidewalks. They went from stained to wow. And now thanks to caulking every imaginable crevice, I no longer have bugs in the house.

Meticulous work on a bathtub and concrete slab foundation during the process of replacing carpet. Very kind and professional.

He came out right away to check what I needed done and he did the work the next day.

He was very professional. He came out practically the same day that we called him and then took care of us in a week. It was about $330 to caulk all of our windows. He caulked them with the same color as the outside of the windows - deep brown. It was just super.

Gary gave us an estimate for the work that we requested. Explained exactly what he was going to do, to fix the issue. He came out the beginning of the next week and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Did it in a very professional manner. Did excellent work we are both very pleased.

Gary stopped by the same day I called him, and gave me an estimate for the work. His estimate was very reasonable, considering we needed 50 tall windows caulked. Gary did the work himself, came when he said he would come, and was very easy to work with. He started the work the following day, and finished over the next few days as the weather permitted. At all times, he communicated clearly exactly what he was doing, what caulk he was using and why. He is pleasant to work with, and knows his business. It was easy to reach him by phone or text. We were completely satisfied with Gary and his work- very neat and consistent lines. We will use him in the near future to fix the crack in our driveway.

Gary returned my call within a couple hours and scheduled an apointment for estimate for next day. He scheduled the work about 4 days out. There was a large crack on my top step where it joined the porch and also along the house side of all steps. He pointed out additional cracks on porch that I hadn't noticed. He also caulked a long crack on rear patio. He told me he did interior work as well, so I ask him to rehang a door. He gave me the caulking estimate before I added the door, but did not charge extra for it.
Gary is a very responsible businessman and very nice. He was prompt in returning calls and meeting appointments; although he did have to change the appointment time for repair work, he called early to reschedule for the same day.

with us as the work progressed. Gary followed up with us to be sure we were happy when
the job was complete. Gary's quality of workmanship is spectacular, others we have used
in the past do not compare to Gary's work. I would highly recommend Gary and will use

Gary responded to our call in a timely manner and scheduled an appointment to meet. He arrived on time, and was very professional. It couldn't have gone better. Gary came to our house to assess what needed to be done and provide an estimate. He returned to pressure wash the control joints in the patio to better determine the extent of the cracking. After we accepted the estimate, the rain caused him to make 2 additional trips to actually do the caulking as he wanted to be sure the surface was dry so that the caulk would adhere properly. He used top of the line silicone caulk. In addition to expertly applying the caulk, Gary worked closely with us to make sure we were happy with the color. He provided samples using different color caulk/sand combinations which were very helpful. We are very happy with the overall job, especially the esthetics.

You can't tell it's not from the original mortar at all because it matches so perfectly. Gary Yohe is the one who did the work. He was very prompt and he finished the job on time for a very reasonable price. He is very pleasant to work with and is very honest.

Gary Yohe did a great job. He used a quality caulk that I believe will last for years. In the past I have done this kind of work myself but have finally faced the fact that I can't caulk or finish drywall, otherwise I am pretty handy. I am VERY particular about the work people do for me and expect it to be done better than I can do it since they are professionals and I'm not. Gary's work is extremely professional and just by watching him work you can tell he knows what he's doing and has years of experience is this type of work. He also caulked a crack in my driveway, you can barely see it from a distance. He takes pride in his work and ensures the customer is happy with the work.

The owner was Gary Yohe. I liked him a lot. He was prompt in returning the call. He came out and evaluated what needed to be done, when we were out of town. He gave a quote. He promptly showed up when he was supposed to do it and did a great job.

I called and left a message. He promptly returned my call, scheduled an estimate the next day. Showed up on time for the estimate and said he could return the next day for the service. He came on the day and time he said he would, completed service, was neat and cleaned up after himself.

Gary did a great job. He called to let me know that he was in route to my house. He showed up on time. And Gary did a great job caulking all of the windows and doors. The caulk lines were straight and there was no mess. He was conscientious about working around my landscaping. I would definitely recommend his services.
