We have a steam boiler - from the 1950's - that stopped working in the middle of the night. Another company came out, and quoted $800 to fix it, but suggested we go ahead and replace the boiler ($8,000 estimate!). Brian came out, fixed the boiler for about $300, and said the boiler had several years left. He was very honest, and did a great job on the repair. It is very difficult to find knowledgeable contractors to work on steam heat. Very difficult. But Brian did a great job. I will definitely use him again in the future.
