This guy is a complete joke, DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.  We hired Roger (the owner) to install a new airconditioner per his recomendation after our previous air conditioner was leaking freon and not generating any cold air.  We were assured a new air conditioner would solve our problems and not leak as he would evaluate and replace all existing outside copper lines leading to and from the air conditioner.  The air conditioner worked well last year but we recently just found out the unit is still leaking freon and not producing cold air. 

After several telephone calls and several weeks of empy promises to come by to evaluate the problem Roger finally showed up  and told us the freon must be leaking in the furnace room and the old furnace needs replaced or the copper wiring inside the furnace room needs replaced.  Funny as Roger hadn't even been in our furnace room to evaluate any such leak.   In addition Roger wanted us to pay several hundreds of dollars to fill up the brand new air conditioner with freon. 

We did not feel good about this, so we had another company come by to evaluate the air conditioner.  Within minutes the other company discovered the new air conditioner was leaking where Roger welded the new copper lines to the old copper lines.  So much for running new lines as i was promised.  I am fairly certain Roger did not even look at the unit he installed before convienently assuming the leak was coming from the furnace room. 

After notifying Roger of this, he acted as if he would repair the problem and fill up the air conditoner with freon.  Several more weeks have lapesed, and no Roger.  On serveral occasions he would commit to a day and time but he never showed up.   

Probably the most unprofessional person we have ever dealt with.  We are now going to sue Roger.

A crack was discovered in our heat exchanger by our service company, requiring the furnace to be replaced. Our air conditioner was also on it's last leg, so we decided to replace both. After seeing a $5600 quote from our service company, I called for a referral from a friend who rehabs homes. He stated "Roger The Heater Man" had installed several systems for him, & recommended Roger as a competent, licensed, insured, & low cost contractor. Roger offered to replace the entire system for about HALF the cost of the other company! SOLD! We had to reschedule the installation twice, since the air conditioner coil arrived late, but Roger was very professional & called in advance to prevent interruption to my day. Roger & Dave installed everything in three hours, the same week they quoted the job. I noticed one small issue after the job was done & after they had been paid- Roger came out the next day to correct the issue. Good job of cleaning up when done. I recommend!!
