We have used Chris for the past few years, and at first he seemed okay and nice, but we would NOT use him again!!! Let me start by saying that he did multiple work for us. Some jobs were better than others. But in my opinion, ANY money spent is too much money for a job or professionalism we were unhappy with. The issues we were unhappy with: POOR QUALITY WORK: He did a bathroom remodel for us with a BRAND new tub, and a year later, our new tub was cracked AGAIN and we were told by another professional that it was installed incorrectly. On another situation, we hired him to come out and fix a door for us which in my opinion, was a complete waste of money because the door is still doing the same stuff it was doing before we paid him. I asked him if he would trim the door. He said it was the hinge when it obviously wasn't because it's doing the same thing. Waste of money on both accounts. UN-PROFESSIONALISM: The last time he came out, he got a phone call while working at our home, and stated that he had to go because, "he had a job interview because-- "it was a big job". Never mind the fact that we paid him nearly $754.62 in labor costs for ours. He did come back to finish it, but it was late--AFTER he spent several hours at his job interview and then rushed through to finish ours, with a bad attitude, because it was so late. If I am paying someone nearly $754.62 to do a job, they better stay to finish the job and NOT rush and NOT put me 2nd!! There were several times I tried to call or email him, and he's never returned neither. He lost a good client because we definitely will not use him again. (We feel the same way the other reviewer did below).
