ELIZABETH'S GARDEN

Initially we went in and told her what we wanted. We asked for a ball park figure, but knew that it wouldn't be exact because nothing was wrote down. When the bill came in, it was more than double than what she had quoted. The only difference between the original plan and end result was 10 more chairs were ordered. The colors that my daughter wanted were not carried out completely. The bridal bouquet, from the time pictures started to the end of the ceremony, within 2 1/2 hours, the bouquet was falling apart and the ribbon was totally undone. Elizabeth was a very nice gal, but this wasn't a major undertaking and I am very disappointed. I talked to her this morning about the situation and she said she may do some sort of refund. For the bill to come in at more than double of our original quote made me very unhappy and it totally unacceptable. This was a very small ceremony and should not have been a huge undertaking. Also, this is a very small town, and she is about the only choice for a florist, and people need to know about this.
