TRU-TEMP HEATING & COOLING

At first the job went very well. The furnace was installed and worked beautifully. The company was paid for that phase of the job. A couple of months later I called to install the CA when we had the money to complete this project. The installer came back, put a pad and the central air unit in but wanted to come back in the spring to fully charge the AC. He was paid in full for work and this is where the problem begins. I called repeatedly in the Spring. Sometimes he would call back with a day that he could finish this project but he would never show up. Sometimes he would say call next week because I do not know when I can come back to help you. It got to the point he knew the voice of myself and my husband. My husband eventually gave up and a friend tried to help me that had AC experience. It was then discovered that a part on the unit was broken and could not be charged. We finally called Seimer Heating and they fixed the problem for $350.
