The Plumber is a Family Owned an operated business. We are a licensed, full-service plumbing contractor serving customers in Northwest Indiana. We are fully bonded and insured for your personal protection, and we offer quality plumbing service at reasonable prices. Our service vehicles are stocked, saving your money and time! The Northwest Indiana Plumber services residential and commercial sinks, toilets, tubs, laundry facilities, clear stoppages in sewer lines. We also install or repair hot water heaters. We provide 24 hour a day, seven days a week service for all Northwest Indiana customers.

He knew exactly what he was doing. He tried to just replace a part, driving all over to look for it. But it was an old off brand so we decided to replace with a new faucet. He also tightened the faucet on our other shower.

Very good company to work with. Prompt, courteous and a very good small family run company represented by employees that obviously enjoy what they do and strive to do the job the way it should be done; correctly the first time. Their employee Brian looked the job over, presented options in a very easy to understand way and completed the agreed upon work quickly and professionally. We had a non-functioning sump pump of course, over the weekend. I looked up on Angie's list, and found this company that does services over the weekend at additional cost. We called, and were promptly answered . We were given a quote right away over the phone, which was over our budget. So we decided to wait till the next bushiness day, and on Monday morning, we called a few companies around for pricing and availability. We did find some very expensive quotes, some relatively cheap ones ( like 200$) cheap than the THE PLUMBER INC, but didn't get a professional attitude from the one with cheap pricing. So we decided to go with called THE PLUMBER INC and appointed them to do the above mentioned job. They were very professional and patient in answering our questions. Gave us the website and exact details for our products. They were also able to accommodate us within the very same day, to get the installation done. The works-man showed up at appointed time, had shoe covers on , so that my carpet stayed clean :) Even cleaned up the gravel and the erosions. Did the job right, and they stand by for guarantee for the services performed. Great experience. Will refer them and rehire them.

called these services at 8am this morning, the person on the phone was courteous. They fitted me right away in todays schedule. The serviceman showed up between the time window given. Services provided were professional, he even cleaned up after performing the job. The price seemed a little high to me. Quality of work done was good. I would definitely use this provider in the future.

Bath tub drain was leaking into the my basement.  I called to schedule an appointment, and they came out that day!!

Matt and Brian were the plumbers.  They were amazing. 

These poor guys went through all my emotions in the time they were there.  I went from crying to being slap-happy joking about the whole ordeal.  They dealt with it very well, just doing their job while I was upset and laughing with us when we were joking around later. 

We were doing other work at the house and they offered us tools that I was looking for to finish something.  I didn't need it.  I ended up finding what I needed, but the offer was nice, and it makes all the difference when you have friendly people at your house for hours. 

I am not really sure what they had to go through to get the tub fixed the way they did, but it was A LOT.  They had to make a trip back to the "base" for more parts because my tub is so old.  

Price was what I expected, probably even less than I expected as they were there for so long. 

Matt was kinda quiet; Brian was awesome!  Both were very professional.  Great personalities dealing with an emotional girl.  Really makes a difference to some people to have such awesome personalities.  I am one of those people.  Thanks guys!  Everything still seems to be working the way it should.  I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. 

I also used this company for a new toilet install in my other house.  They were great then too.  Sorry, it was a while ago and don't remember the name of the guy that came out, but he was also very personable.

The two men that came to do the work really new there job well.they explained what they were going to d and started right way.they even replaced my tub faucet .Very clean and left my looking like nothing had happened.I would use them again and again.they even bet there estimate, it was less.
