About us

Our mission is to provide our clients with a creative approach to transforming ordinary rooms into inviting spaces that will allow potential buyers to visualize your house as their home. Jane Koenig's creative approach to Staging is deeply rooted in her 20+ years of special event planning, design and presentation. Her long-time interest in real estate has added to the creation of Stage2Sell LLC. Jane is a graduate of Illinois State University and the Midwest School of Interior Redesign. She is also a Licensed Indiana Real Estate Salesperson. Jane is a member of the International Special Events Society, the Society of Decorating Professionals and the Greater Chicagoland Decorators Coalition.

Services we offer

I provide a curb-to-fence analysis of your home prior to you putting it on the market or if it has been on the market way too long. I also provide custom color consultations for those wishing to change the color of a room or all rooms in your home. How many times do we paint only to not like the color we have chosen? I take a digital photo of your room, upload it to my computer and change the color of your rooms without putting an ounce of paint on the walls., with your furnishings in it

They are stagers. They came in and assessed our home to figure out what they needed to make the house beautiful so we could sell it. They charge per room so you can choose to have a room done or not. They give a free estimate. They were very communicative, which was very nice for a person in the process of moving states, which definitely helps ease the stress. They were very professional and candid. If we wanted to use our own furniture they would go through and work with it, if not they would bring in their own. They had opinions about the outside of the house as well, which they were able to decorate and help fix up. Stage II Sell ladies were around when my cleaning lady was there that I hired. They help confirmed what I had expected? that she fell short of my expectations and what I hired her for. The Stage II ladies helped me do some of the cleaning the maid didn?t perform. They went above and beyond duty.
