Plumber arrived late afternoon, got my Sump Pump running and stated, "We will have RestoPros contact you." Shortly after, RestoPros (Liz, Kerry, and Dan) was full force on the job. They immediately assessed the situation, took photos, and started a claim with State Farm. They insisted for our safety, the basement needed to be stabilized and closed off. So, I wouldn't be surprised by an unknown bill, we agreed on the charges for the evening. They stayed until 10 pm to remove saturated items, closed off the basement, and left a dehumidifier. They communicated with me and checked the equipment daily. when insurance failed to respond, I asked to move forward. Liz came that evening and we agreed on charges. Next work day, they came to clear out the contents so clean up, treatment, and drying could happen. I can't say it was a pleasant event, but I felt that having RestoPros on the job was reassuring! They were a great group of respectful, kind, caring, and knowledgeable people who took the time needed to take care of the mess. They always communicated what needed to be done, alerted me of when they would be coming, spent time communicating with State Farm (still waiting on their decision), and responded to all my calls and texts promptly. In highly recommend them if you like to have communication, and knowledgeable and compassionate people assisting you through a cleanup process.
