Service was excellent. I dealt with Maria, and she was fabulous. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Got 5 different price quotes. They weren't the cheapest, or most expensive, but I got a good feeling after talking with Maria on first visit. My gut was right. Everything was done as promised, and in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend Maria, and Reeves.

They did a very good job. Were very punctual and efficient. I was very happy and would definitely recommend them.

Al Reeves Jr. knows a lot about fencing, having been in the business for years. He is very busy, but was on top of everything.
Reeves wasn't the cheapest of the estimates I obtained, but they have been an established business for over thirty years and have proved reliable. Serafin and John were the installers. There was no wasted time or effort. They worked efficiently and effectively. There were a few bumps that occurred, but they were immediately addressed by Serafin. He was able to see the problems and come up with even better solutions. They finished the fence in two days; perfect, because my 'granddogs' were coming to stay with me the next day.
Maria at the office is very pleasant to talk with, but not as good with following through. More than once she said she would do something within minutes after speaking with me. It would be days or even a week or more before I had an answer or would have to call back.
The installation was finished on June 14. It is beautiful. I paid the remained of the bill the next week and asked for a copy of the warranty. After several emails and phone calls, I finally received it on July 27.
My ratings would have been higher across the board if the customer service had been more timely.

Reeves is the best in the business. Wouldn't deal with anyone else. Workers are very professional told me what they needed to do before they even start the job and how long it would take. Al and Risha, excellent to deal with and the girls in the office, top notch. The 2 young men who installed the fence, excellent job guys.

The salesman was very professional and courteous. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I even asked him to return when I had more questions, and he was very patient in explaining all the details.
The team that installed the fence was also professional in both their work and their demeanor. They found 3 out of 4 original property pins, which was very helpful in determining the fence line. The back yard slopes downhill and they did an outstanding job. The bottom rail smoothly followed the line of the land. Its looks wonderful. The 8 foot sections are custom tailored by Reeves, so if you have a graded yard this is the company for you. I checked out several other fence companies, and they all told me that the fence height would have to be staggered due to the sharp grade towards the back of the yard. Reeves was the only company that stated that they could follow the ground and the fence height would be continuous. This was important to me because I have a little dog. I needed the bottom rail to follow the ground and I wanted the height to be even. It makes a huge difference in appearance. One of the gates was also on a sharply graded slope, and they made it work and look nice. The other factor for choosing Reeves was because I wanted privacy on the sides and scalloped picket across the back. Reeves was the only company that had 6 foot scallop. Other companies only had 5 foot, and that would have caused a one foot drop in the corners. I'm very pleased with the connecting corners and the lines of the entire fence. The installers cleaned up the yard after the installation.
In addition, a neighbor was not happy during the installation because he was unaware of the actual property boundaries. The installers were very polite when confronted. They pointed out the property pins, calmly listened to the neighbor, and got on with their work.
The utility company had previously marked the phone and gas lines with paint and flags. Unfortunately, they did not mark a major phone junction cable and this was cut during post installation. The installers made all the right calls and the phone cable repair guy was immediately dispatched. This was not due to any error by Reeves - I saw the paint lines and flags and this junction was not marked. I commend them for knowing who to call to have the cable quickly repaired.
My only complaint is with the scheduling. Nobody called me to give me the exact dates. When I called, I was given the dates. On the expected date, nobody showed up. I called the office and was given different dates. I understand that due to inclement weather, dates might have to be altered. I just don't understand why I wasn't notified. The women who answered the phone said that it wasn't noted in my file that I wanted to be notified in case of scheduling changes. What? Who wouldn't want to be notified? A simple and quot;oops we forgot to calland quot; would have been enough explanation.
Overall I am very pleased with Reeves. I would use them again and would recommend them.

Reeves did a great job. The fence looks perfect, the workers were very professional and polite. We are very glad we used Reeves and highly recommend them.

have had a few things break or need adjusting and they keep coming back
for no charge, a few years later. Even re-setting the gates. I have
had great luck with them. They come and repair the fence and I didn't
even know they were there. Last summer they came back and fixed several areas (due to wind) and did not charge me anything.

It cost me about $10000, they busted the concrete up at the sidewalk area and the garage area, but they did a good job. That is why it took them a long time to get the job done. The quality of the fencing was good. I may not use them in the future.

There were delivery issues that eventually were corrected.

Very pleasant experience. Work was done neatly and quickly. The workers were polite and neat. This was a 6 foot high fence with total footage of 87 feet. Terrific job. Cleared away all garbage. Explained about not leaning on fence for 2 days. The workers had to return because the first time they would not have been able to complete the job in the time left for the day. They were not told that it was there because of a above ground pool. They unloaded the wood and came back the next morning and were as polite and nice as they could be. As I stated above they were neat and took away all the debris.

I loved my fence but this company did pull a permit but forgot to file it. So, I had an inspector catch it. They rectified the problem immediately and the owner was very nice about it. I would use them again but just recommend that they remember to do the paperwork for the permit. Otherwise, they were great to deal with.

YOU CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY TO COMPLETE THE JOB YOU WANT DONE. THEY FINISHED THE FENCE IN THE SCHEDULED TIME. THE CREW DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS. I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.
