QUALITY HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Horrible! They were not on time. They did not show up on the day(s) they said they would. They did not use drop cloths & got paint on my carpet and furniture. He did not/has not return(ed) phone calls. He got money for a second project and when that project had to be canceled (the next day), he has not returned the money. I had to hire someone else to put up curtain rods and level the entertainment system. They used my expensive vacuum cleaner w/o permission, did not add water to it, and now I have to have it worked on! They have not been back to finish the splotchy paint job, finish the attic, attach towel bars/hooks,etc, even after numerous phone calls and letters. The carpet is dirty where they walked on it with their muddy shoes. They only worked a few hours when they did show. A job that was to be done in five working days, is still not done eight months later! I have repeatedly asked to see the bills for the job & have been told 'tomorrow' or 'later'. I have never seen bills.
