About us

Nason's Appliances is celebrating its 77th year in business in 2013. We pride ourselves in being a Times "Best of the Region" and Post-Tribune "Neighbor's Choice" award winner annually for having quality customer service and some of the most knowledgeable staff in Northwest Indiana. On the sales side, we can match or beat the box store competitors and we offer service which most stores can not provide. What makes us unique besides having our own Service Technician is the fact that we offer next day delivery, have our own delivery team and install and remove all major appliances for a small fee. We also have our own subcontractor to install dishwashers, microwaves, garbage dispoals, etc. We have over 200 appliances on our showroom floor. We also do service for out of warranty ranges, top load washers and traditional dryers for just $65 plus parts and labor. We can offer same day service or next day service. We also sell used washers, dryers and ranges starting at $200 each.

They were awesome. They came out and installed it as well. They were excellent. I had been at their store about 6 months previously, and I researched about it. No one had it in stock so I had dealt with them 6 months prior, then I called them, and set everything up, and they delivered it and took the old ones and installed the new ones.

l  wanted a high quality dishwasher to replace an 21 year old unit that was built into custom cabinets.  There were no models that I liked, that would allow me to purchase a new custom panel for the front of the new dishwasher.  I decided to go with their recommendation for high quality white dishwasher, since it matched some other appliances.  I did though, want a VERY quiet model.  I decided to buy their recommended model and they matched the price I had found on the internet.  They ordered the unit, and came today, during a bad snow storm to install the the unit and remove the old one.  Their intaller called me before coming, and came right on time.  He was the BEST installer I've ever experienced and did an OUTSTANDING job!!!
Overall, my experience from sales through installation, was the BEST I've ever had concerning appliances.
I whole heartedly Recommend NASON'S!!!!

I choose Nason based on reviews on Angie's list . I visited their showroom and spoke with one of their salesmen. He was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about all their products. I selected the products I needed and made the arrangements for delivery and set up. I found this company to be easy to work, prompt and professional. I plan to up grade my kitchen in the near future and will go back to Nason for all my appliance needs.

We came across Nason's by accident. Now I think it was fate. Nason's, by far, gave us the best package deal for our kitchen remodel compared to the other area appliance stores. We purchased a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave/convection oven with them. All Kitchenaid. Our sales person, Tim, was very good in helping us select our appliances. Appliances came in as they promised and delivery was made on time with no issues. Very satisfied customer!

Appliances were a very good deal and all are of very high quality. Installation and delivery were all good. Original refrigerator was too big and they replaced with a new smaller refrigerator within a week no questions asked. They do need to work on their callback and communication skills regarding delivery and scheduling. Overall a good purchase and I would do business with them again.

Because I did ask for a service on the fridge up front, I did pay the extra $30 charge but feel it should have been waived, considering he didn't seem to be trained on refrigerators, and considering he didn't do anything beyond chip some ice.
Therefore my overall opinion on the service: a draw.

We had checked out this dishwasher at several large chain stores and box stores and were surprised that this small privately owned store was able to offer the same model for $300 less than the big guys. We would highly recommend you check them out before any major appliance purchase.
