She was really, really good. She was top of the game. She was fantastic. I used her six years ago. Every year she checks up on me and sees how everything is going. Every year she sends me something and makes sure everything is good. As a matter of fact, a couple of years afterwards she sent me a copy of everything that I needed just in case that I may have misplaced it. It was phenomenal. The cost was average. I don't recall it being cheap. The reason I liked her was because she keeps in contact and it was low pressure. The quality was good. I plan on using her the next time we move.

I kind of got bounced around a little bit and then it was another agent that actually showed up for my closing. I initially started with one agent and she kept canceling appointments and then she referred me to this other woman and I guess the other woman paid her some money kind of as a finder's fee or payment for the referral. I wish I knew about that in the beginning because I probably would've gone with another real estate company if I knew that.

Due to a variety of circumstances beyond our or Marcie's control, the sale of our old home took eight long months. Our buyer went through four loan applications during the process and Marcie worked untold hours and did everything she could to make the sale happen. We closed yesterday due to her unrelenting perseverance in working with a variety of lending institutions and despite a not so great realtor on the buyer's side.
