They did a great job. The worker was very polite and took good care of the problem. He explained everything he was doing and showed me where the problem occurred. I was very satisfied with the overall results. Not sure if the insurance company contacted them immediately of if the company waited to respond a day and half later however it was Thanksgiving.

LGS DID A FINE JOB. THE PLUMBER THEY SENT OVER WAS A REAL FUNNY GUY, AND HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, TOO. HE MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE IN HIS PRESENCE, AND HE INCLUDED US IN EVERY DETAIL OF HIS WORK.
