"At first glance I wasn't sure how to respond to the low grade of a 'B'. I did appreciate the opportunity to serve because you guys were great and I am very fortunate to have served your family. I did have a new hire in our closing department at that time and I do remember the mix ups being at the latter part of the transaction concerning that employee miscommunicating the delivery of possession in an email that we quickly resolved and a final walk through from the other agent that they never asked us to do. Even though the agent apologized, and they worked for the other party of the transaction it was not acceptable to us or you and your family. I immediately released the new hire that caused the miscommunication regarding the delivery of keys because he really didn't see the importance of striving for perfection with every client. That being said, I am truly sorry for the mix ups and I can only pray that you will forgive those errors and allow us the opportunity to serve again when the time comes. I strive to put forth a 5 Star Effort to everyone we serve and if we ever get the chance to serve your family again, we will strive to do even better than before! He has a policy that he calls "Touch Base Tuesdays" and that means that every Tuesday, he has some form of contact with you (even before you pick out a home). In addition to this, we received daily emails of homes that matched our specific criteria. He and his team were very accessible during the rest of the week too. We had an issue with our landlord and needed some advice and Kirk even called us on a Friday evening to help us. We had a few small obstacles during our loan approval and he worked diligently every step of the way.
One of his agents, Dannon, must have shown us at least 25 homes, and some of those we were 2nd and 3rd viewings of the same home. He always met us with a smile and was patient with us no matter how picky we were. Both Lutrell and Dannon were there with us for moral support during our closing. He is a buyers agent and was a great negotiator on our behalf. He worked it out, so that the sellers paid his commission for us, along with part of the closing costs and a home warranty.
He will also represent sellers and I would use him to sell my home as well. After you move in, if you are unhappy for ANY reason simply give Kirk a call and they will re-sell it for FREE, without any commissions for their company. This resell guarantee is good for 7 years!
