JOHNSON CLEANING SERVICE INC

I called Johnson's service and spoke to Michelle about schelding a day to have my bedroom, my son's room and the front room and living room cleaned. We set a day and time for her crew to come(Aug 28 at 10:30am). They arrived early and caught me vaccuming the front room. I pointed out the rooms to be cleaned. They started with the bedrooms and finished with the front and living rooms.After they were done I did a walk thru pay them and they left.  The next  day  I noticed the carpeting in my bedroom looked like only half the room had been cleaned. I called  the cleaning service on Wednesday . They did not return my call till the following day.Michelle spoke to me, listen to my complaint and told me the tech who cleaned the carpeting would call. When I spoke to the tech he told me he cleaned the whole room and what I was looking out were the worn spots on the carpeting. I asked if could stop by and at least look at it . He responded there was nothing he could do, if he came out again and cleaned it again he would have to charge me. I know what worn spots look like I have many on the carpeting in my dining room and front room, these did not look like worn spots. I tried getting hold of Michell again and left two messages on her cell phone that were never answered. My husband was able to contact her and she told him there was nothing she could do and basically repeated what the tech had said.Please note Michelle never responded to messages, my husband was the one who got hold of her. How unprofessional.
