My industrial Serger broke in the middle of my busiest time. I just wanted to die .... I call John at 4pm and he came to my rescue... the next morning before his busy day that he had in front of him. This is the second time he has come through for me... He does a great job...

He is very nice. He's an older gentlemen. He does a very good job. He usually deals with my wife. She says he is the best sewing machine repair man around. He is friendly-type professional.
