 + -1 moreThe original price given was for a much larger scope of work.. the situation had changed and i called and asked for an estimate for a portion of the original scope of work.. the owner set a time to come for the estimate and after he was over 30 min late..i called to see if he was still coming.. he reset the appt for the next day...and then..the next day..called and told me that the price stays as is even though the work was half.. he claimed it was because of "pre season" price. the first price was when he dealt with a man.. then he dealt with me (a woman) and gave me the run around and wouldnt even come to give estimate.
