DUNN-RITE CHIMNEY SWEEPS

Other companies pushed for more work to be completed than requested or needed.  Dunn-Rite fixed the problem and restored the chimney top like new.  Their inspection of the chimney was honest and work was completed and the area cleaned up in a timely manner.  Very happy with the outcome.

Contractor arrived and began working. Realized that he was going to have to break apart the old liner and vacuum up the pieces. For some reason his vacuum didn't work so he decided to use mine, which he didn't empty once he was done. While performing the work he became thirsty and so without asking went into my refridgerator and took out a wine cooler thinking it was water and drank it. Upon realizing it was not water, even though it was clearly marked and in a glass bottle, he did inform me of his mistake. While fixing the chimney itself, he got mortar all over the area beneath the chimney to incluce both of my grills, my patio area and my air conditioning unit to include inside the unit on the fan blades. When I called to inform him of the mortar on my a/c unit he did come out and clean it up but did not clean up any of the other mortar splatters.

THIS WAS SUCH A MESSY JOB! THEY GOT THE WHOLE THING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THERE WASN'T A SINGLE SPECK OF SOOT LEFT BEHIND WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED CLEANING UP.
