I hired Richard Clemons to remove a large and nearly-dead Silver Maple from my Mother's yard. Richard is a busy guy, so I had to schedule well in-advance to get on his calendar. On the day of the job, he arrived on-time and finished in about three hours. He completed all work as promised and did a great job of cleaning-up afterwards. I would definitely hire him again!

I called and left a message that a huge limb from a tree was damaged in a storm, and was overhanging my house. I wanted someone to remove it before it damaged the house or a person. No one ever returned my call.

"I HAVE LOCATED THE RECORD OF THIS PERSON'S PHONE CALL, BASED ON THE NAME PROVIDED THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST REPORTS AND A LOOK UP BY NAME THROUGH THE LAKE COUNTY ASSESSOR'S OFFICE, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO NAME LEFT ON OUR ANSWERING MACHINE, JUST AN ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER TO CALL BACK. THE RETURN PHONE NUMBER WAS AN ILLINOIS NUMBER, WHICH WE RETURNED THE CALL TO, SINCE A LOT OF ILLINOIS PEOPLE HAVE RENTAL HOMES IN OUR TOWN OF CEDAR LAKE WHICH WE ALREADY DO BUSINESS FOR. THERE WAS NO ANSWER AT THE NUMBER AND NO CALL WAS EVER RECEIVED BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE BID PRICES FOR ALL THE OTHER CALLS RECEIVED THE SAME DAY AND DAYS AROUND THEIR CALL, EXCEPT FOR THEIRS SINCE NO INFORMATION WAS LEFT ON THE MESSAGE MACHINE FOR WHAT WORK THEY NEEDED TO HAVE COMPLETED AT THE ADDRESS THAT WAS GIVEN. JUST TO NOTE, THIS PERSON ALSO DID NOT LIST A POSITIVE REPORT FOR ANY COMPANY THAT MIGHT HAVE ACTUALLY DONE THE WORK, IF THERE WAS ANY TO BE DONE AT ALL."

THEY DID A VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT JOB. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT WHEN WE CALLED THEM. THEY HAD TO BE FAIRLY CAREFUL WITH THE JOB, SO AS TO NOT DROP THE TREE ON OUR HOUSE, GARAGE, OR ELECTRICAL WIRES.
