We hired CertaPro Painters for the exterior of our home. The salesman was very professional and patient when we were choosing our colors. The crew that came out was very professional and friendly. They went over and above on a couple of areas where we had concerns. Sent daily photos of their progress and always reached out on arrival and departure. In love with the results!! Thanks CertaPro!

I was looking to have painting done ASAP and quickly..process went smooth was able to get scheduled within 3 weeks during holiday period..took day and a half to complete and head painter kept in touch while on the job..good customer service I liked the price point and would use them again

The CertaPro NWI crew of professional painters did an outstanding job for me. 5 rooms, 2 large hallways and a stairwell, ceiling and walls, surface prep was very good. The job site was kept very clean throughout the project. 5 star recommendation!

This is the second time I have used Certpro. These guys are good and thorough. They repaired my damaged walls and smoothed out the rough and potted areas in my walls. They cleaned up and there was no paint or scuff marks on my newly installed laminate flooring.

I have a good friend who has been a general contractor/home builder in the area for many years. When I need a high quality tradesman, I always ask him. I asked who I should call to paint my house and was skeptical when he said CertaPro. I hadn't had much luck in the past with franchise contractors. Still, he has never steered me wrong, so I called. I was not disappointed! From the first call to their detailed quotation to the frequent customer service follow-ups, their people were professional, courteous and very accommodating. The painting crew showed up on time, worked hard and after 4 days, left without a trace (except for a beautiful house). The price was fair, and given the speed and quality of their work, this was a great value. I only wish they had CertaPro carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc.

We hired CertaPro to paint the outside of our house. We had a first rate experience with them starting with the estimate, during the painting, to the completion of the project, and through the payment. Everyone was courteous and professional. Luis's crew was hard-working, thorough, and diligent. They did excellent work and efficiently cleaned up after themselves each day. They were very aware of their work and took pride in it. They consistently asked if we were satisfied with the job they were doing and happily came back to touch up 2 spots that needed minor touchup. Based on our experience, I highly recommend CertaPro for outdoor painting work.

Overall a very good experience, Dan was very knowledgable, punctual, and flexible (with having to come out a second time to estimate a room my wife decided to add after the original estimate.) The crew of Brad and Mike showed up as scheduled and proceeded to start the job as it was laid out to me in the contract. Very pleased with the whole process, they did a great job would definitely hire again and refer to family and friends.

The team was professional, prompt and conscientious. Louis and his team of Gustavo, Soloman, Andrew and Marco were very detail oriented and took the time to get everything right. They were all very patient with the questions posed to them by my husband and myself and did a great job of explaining the process. They always showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job cleaning up after each day. I highly recommend them and hope to bring them back to do interior painting.

I had reached out to several companies for quotes, but CertaPro of NWI was the quickest to respond and come out to give me a quote. I had an accurate quote the same day and was scheduled for service within a week of my initial call. Their price was the cheapest and they used better paint than the other companies I had reached out too. They were promptly on time each morning and completed the job on time. Their work was perfection and the painters were respectful and easy to work with. Every employee I encountered (office staff, sales associate, production supervisor, painters, and more) were very responsive, respectful, and wanting to make me happy. I would definitely work with them again and refer them to others.
