The customer service had declined significantly since I started taking my dog here 5 years ago. If you board your dog, know ahead of time that you cannot pick up on a weekend even if you are home. There is staff onsite until 11pm so there is no reason to keep someone’s dog hostage. if it’s a holiday weekend you must keep them there a extra day if you are boarding. My dog had her ear bit by another dog while at daycare and I never received a call about the injury. When my daughter picked our dog up, her ear was gushing blood and this went on for days. Another time, staff picked off a scab that our dog had causing exposed raw flesh that required a emergency vet visit after picking her up. Last week the owner closed because a majority of her staff had CoViD. She notified no one via phone or message about the closing. I showed up on my way to work to drop dogs off, only to be told sorry no daycare. Bad customer service. I had time to run my pets back home but I’m sure this causes issues for many who were in their way to work and had no options for pet care without notice of closing. There are plenty of options out there for dog care. Know you Have choices and don’t need to tolerate bad customer service when your the customer and you are paying for a service.

From the mo-nut we bring Rowdy in for day care. They are friendly, kind & very caring. Would not take our dog-Rowdy to any where else. I wish I could stay here.They are fantastic. Absolutely.

Ever since Abby, a rescue puppy chihuahua, was able to attend At Your Bark n Call I have been bringing her weekly for daycare. Abby is only 10 months old. Having a socialized well rounded pet makes a great foundation. AYBNC owner Mylissa, and the entire staff has given me the piece of mind to know that Abby will have a variety of human contacts along with other dogs her size to interact. AYBNC gave her the first groom and posted pictures of her in the tub. All I have to say is "we're going to daycare" and Abby is in her carrier. I was late picking Abby up due to traffice, called to let them know and Sheri stayed later than normal. I really appreciated that understanding. I am constantly raving about the excellent communication, treatment, facility, and staff. Happy Abby makes for a happy mom.

I had never used daycare with Bronco. He generally doesn't like strange environment but he loved coming here! I would be happy to use their service again.

They are fabuous! My dog goes to daycare there he gets groomed their and he stays there when we have to travel out of town. Melissa and her staff are fabulous. I use them weekly.

A very clean and fun place for dogs. It is bright and airy. The staff keeps the inside and outside areas impeccably groomed. The owner puts a lot of money on improving the facility, and the atmosphere is supportive of dogs and human custom-ness . Safety is one of the big priority, dogs records must be provided to assure all shots and immunizations are current. This is another safety concern they monitor.

Very well. We were hoping to introduce our dog to the facility on a gradual basis before boarding her for the first time. Everyone was great! So much better than being locked in a cage or kennel! Will definitely be back!

Our dog just loves going to daycare here! She knows when we turn the corner where she is at, and she whines and wiggles until she gets inside their building! Staff members always let me know how she did for the day. She comes home happy and exercised. The grooming services are superb. As for boarding, Gracie dog will never stay anywhere else. She would not eat the last time she was boarded, so they mix some yogurt and cheese in her food and fed her one on one. She actually gained a little weight while being boarded! To me, that means she was a happy dog!

Every time our dog goes to AYBAC, she loves it!! Our dog Missy loves everyone here. They know her by name when we walk in, and have even said they hate when we pick her up because they love her so much. Missy gets very excited when we turn into the street of AYBAC because she knows where she is headed and loves it there so much.

Mylissa groomed our English Springer Spaniel Luna. Luna is a retired
show dog (previously owned by a professional groomer/breeder who raised and showed Springer Spaniels.)
We adopted her at 8 years old. We use At Your Bark-N-Call because they
really know how to groom dogs to breed specifics. Mylissa is the best
groomer we've encountered. Luna looks like she's ready for the show
ring once again, even if it's in our own home! We recommend At Your Bark-N-Call to all of our friends and family and constantly have people asking us where Luna was groomed because she looks so gorgeous and the entire Staff is so friendly and professional. The facility is very welcoming and immaculately clean.

WONDERFUL!!! I am especially pleased with the reception that I get from the front desk and the entire staff At Your Bark n Call. The owner, Mylissa, comes out to great me and just loves on Tina. Grooming staff tells me how she did and the pet handlers are super. They too let me know how Tina does with the other dogs. I am very leery to leave Tina with just anyone as she has been attacked by dogs when she was a puppy and is now 11 yrs. old and is becoming socialized by being with At Your Bark n Call since its conception. Tina has been pet of the month and her picture has been placed on Facebook by Terri. Each day Terri puts up pictures on Facebook for all to see their special pets being groomed, in daycare or spending a couple of over night stays in their "suites".
