I LOVED working with Kozon.  They were great from the beginning.  I went to the  showroom and they helped me select sinks, faucets, lighting.  They were very helpful and made suggestions I would not have thought of.  The first day and every day after, they showed up promptly, were dressed neatly and cleaned up after themselves.  We had an issue with a venting of the range hood and the men from Kozon went above and beyond what I expected in trying to get the space to run the duct work....they made it work!!! Very nice guys.  I felt completely safe leaving them in the house alone knowing that everything would go smoothly. They worked around my schedule several times.  When we discovered an upstairs bath tub had a leak, they were able to get a new tub and install it in a week or so.  The kitchen remodel was not delayed at all even though there were several unexpected glitches like the bath tub.  After the cabinets were ripped out, it was a Kozon man who discovered we had a small leak somewhere in the wall, found where the leak was and patched some of the flooring that had been damaged.  They were helpful every step of the way. 
I would highly recommend them.  I would use them again (and plan to next year for another project).  Kozon was great!!!!!

I called Kozon to come look at my sump pumps in my basement. They were very helpful with allowing me to make payments on the final price.
