They were able to get me in right away which I really appreciated. He did a great job and when he determined that I needed a new pedal he referred me back to the company I purchased the machine from - which was a competitor which I thought was very decent of him. He did a great job.

Their was a chip on my telescoping hose. I asked him to cut it even. He ended up cutting more off the end of the hose that needed. Now my attachments do not fit. Their was a part in the house that they accused me of gluing together. They never returned my call which I feel is very unprofessional.
