My tenants called to say it was cold in their rentals which we'd found to have very little insulation (previous rehabber didn't do what he said). I called Dave for an estimate which he gave over the phone once he knew the dimensions. I purchased the insulation and Dave and Tony did the job during the extreme cold (well below freezing with the wind chill). They even created attic access in the single family residence and cleaned up! Tenants very satisfied!

I called for an estimate on several properties. We agreed to a time and which property to meet at and Dave was there early. We went through each property and what I wanted done. Driving from one property to the other, Dave was rear-ended but took care of it in no time and just kept going through the properties. At the last property, Dave gave me a verbal estimate. I agreed to the number and he said they would start the next day. The next day the work started on the garage trash out. It took two days as Dave said it probably would. All the lumber and drywall was stacked neatly and then hauled off. They moved to the next property, got it done and cleaned up after themselves. They continued the work through all 4 properties and hauled all the trash away. They were good at letting me know if there were any problems they might have found that would impact my rehabs. Dave does good work and I'm using his company for many of the handyman chores on the rehabs. I recommend him!
