I called for several estimates on plumbing work: installing a new tub, fixing an outside faucet and dripping shut off values for the first property. John came out a couple of days after I'd called, took a look and said the tub install was just fine (no charge). Installed new pipe and an outside faucet and checked the shut off valves. I was so satisfied with John and his work that I sent to several other properties to do plumbing work and have been happy with all of his work. John is honest and won't charge you for work that doesn't need to be done. He'll give you a list of what else he thinks needs to be done and you make the decision. John also fixed some "would be plumbers errors" without any disparaging remarks. He's great to work with, does what he says when he says he will and cleans up! I'll use him again and again!
