It went well. They responded to my calls promptly, usually within a day, maybe 36 hours. We are happy with their work. They explained things when I had questions and after a few months of working with them, they really understood what we were wanting and were able make suggestions which enabled things to really move along. They were friendly, professional and good to work with.

We asked for John Sabens construction to come into our home and remodel our bathroom.  The bathroom is a smaller bathroom, so he gave us an estimate.  We agreed to a price and the terms of the contract.  He was supposed to start work within a week.  We did not hear from anyone at the company confirming an appointment.  They showed up when they wanted to, failed to do a neat job, I had to go back in and advise them of how it should be done.  Eventually, they left the job unfinished and would not come back out to finish the job.  I finished my own bathroom on my schedule.  This was poor service due to their inability to commit to a schedule, to complete the job they started, and to take money for services not provided.   I painted the bathroom, i finished the drywall, and I installed the sink so it was anchored to the wall.  I also mounted the cabinetry in the bathroom.
