Mark arrived on time, was pleasant, no nonsense, worked hard, cleaned up and did the job right.

Work was performed in a sloppy, haphazard manner with no attention to detail. Piping was generally cut short, forced together, and left as "good enough". Did not read blueprint, left out piping that had to be added later, installed piping that was not called for. Exposed piping was installed crooked (both drain and supply), no proper hangers were used, no clean-outs were installed, sump pumps not to requested specification or piped correctly, toilet drops and condensate piping not correctly installed, toilets and sink faucets installed crooked, water heater expansion tank and heater incorrectly installed; after move-in, there were numerous leaks in both supply and drain lines. All had to be corrected by me at my additional expense. The plumber refused to repair and correct mistakes that were obvious, and when called back for tub leaks, used offensive language. Not at all professional. Met the code, but that's all.
