A-1 CONCRETE LEVELING & FOUNDATION REPAIR

Very well. My sidewalk had settled and was causing a trip hazard. The estimate was done via email due to my tight timeline. Sent them pictures and received a response the next day. Actual cost was $25 over the estimate due to site characteristics not apparent on my photos but still sounded reasonable to me. They leveled 5 sidewalk squares including my front porch stoop. Work was done in a little over an hour and looks great!

Jamie Moore came and gave me a quote for the work which was reasonable and then returned with a helper to do the work. He sealed the cracks in the concrete and covered the caulking wirh sand. The results were excellent.

It went well, so far so good.

I wasn't there when they are doing my work, but with the results I am pretty happy with it. I can't comment on their professionalism or anything like that because I don't observe how they work but I am fine with the results. i guess I would use them in the future.

They could have easily said we needed the concrete repaired/redone, but told us it would be fine by adding gravel to level it.  Very impressed that they could've went ahead and done the repair and charged for it but didn't.  It's very hard to find honest business anymore, but A1 qualifies.  Again, my husband and I are very impressed with the integrity of this company and the employees!

From the quote process with Ron to the work done by the Team of Josh and Josh, the experience was great.  They are a popular company so expect to wait to get a quote and the work done but the wait will be well worth it.
We had been given a quote to remove and replace our concrete for 20k.  A-1 saved us a ton of money and they made our yard a nice place to be again.
The process is fascinating but a very unlevel yard where there were huge cracks and uneven ground where we would trip is gone.
Our pool deck was sinking in the back, there were numerous cracks in the concrete, and we had a walkway that tilted toward the house.  They fixed all that. 
We are beyond happy with the work.  Also, the gentlemen are very polite, clean, and respectful. It was a wonderfu experience.

Went very well.  Our builder had used this company to fix a problem shortly after building the house (6 years ago) so I decided to use them for this minor issue.  They were prompt both at thier initial site visit and in providing the service.  Price was reasonable - less than expected.

They did a good job. They weren't terribly expensive. They were prompt. It didn't take them very long to do it. I was satisfied with what they did.

They were good! They did a great job.  It took them about an hour to complete the project. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.  We had them come prior to fix the same issue and this time they did a better job. I would recommend their services to anyone.

They were great.  They came out and they basically drilled a hole and used the raising agent down into the hole.  Then they re-cemented the hole and brought up the front step to meet the porch and the sidewalks.  It’s been great. They have guaranteed it for three years, that in case it sinks again they would come back.  It had a lot of chipmunks I guess, making their tunnels underneath the area and that is what caused it all to sink which we did not realize until they told us.  I would recommend this company.  Price wise they were very reasonable. I would use this provider in the future.

We also used them a number of years before and they came out at least twice. The price varied according to what they did. My husband did not complain at all and he thought it was a good price.

They were neat and on time. They did a nice job with the repair. They helped me with some suggestions and didn't pressure sell me on anything.

They came and explained why our sidewalk and step were sinking. We thought from rain. But we were told that there have been chipmunks burrowing under the area and causing the concrete to sink. We have had lots of chipmunks running around the area. Never knew they could do such damage. We scheduled the work to be done. The men came on time and did exactly as we were told. They drilled holes in the sidewalk and in the front step. Then they put a line down the holes and (whatever they used-don't remember the term) they raised the sidewalk and step. Very interesting to watch. Then they sealed the holes and put concrete in. We liked that they even have a 2 yr. warranty. It is all at perfect level now and we have not had a problem since. And we shoosh away any chipmunks we see! The men were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up everything when they were done, and hosed the area down to get the concrete dust up. We recommend them to everyone and would hire them again if needed.

It was great. I called him and he met with me the next day. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained in great detail what would be done, and came out the next day to do the work. It took 2 days from my initial call to have the work done. The price was tremendous.

They explained what they were going to do, did it, stuck with what they originally said they'd do and cleaned up afterwards. They did a fine job for us and we're going to have them come back to do some other work for us.
