 + 0 moreLance and his company were very focused on our needs and personalizing the service to meet our needs and satisfaction. He had some really great ideas that we were very pleased with, such as installing recessed lighting and installing conveniently place electrical outlets. He provided us with a very personal experience that you don't get often with general contractors. The job they did was remarkable. They kept our property so clean every day and it never even looked like a construction site. They were very focused on us and the work. The initial estimate was for $18,000 and he finished the job for $17,000 because he was so efficient and did everything he could to save us money throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Description of Work: I hired them to connect two homes that we had sitting 10 feet from each other. He added a new room and connected the two homes together making it one home.
