HOWEVER, the unit has a defective thermostat control board and has been abt ONE YEAR trying to get them to do the warranty work. The manufacturer has agreed to provide a new control board as warranty work, but this company has not responded to phone calls, emails, texts.

they came on thursday, gave a price for the job. they returned on the following friday , removed the old system , installed the new system. they arrived promptly,did a great job , were very neat, and professional. when the bill arrived in the mail, it was exactly the price they had quoted. i am so pleased to have found this company on angie's list...it saved me so much time and worry !

Purcell Electric responded within 2 days of my request for outlets. Upon their arrival, the crew was very respectful and worked well as s team. The completed the work taking extra caution not to damage walls or mar woodwork. They worked quickly and seemed very dedicated to following electrical code. Part of the work involved opening up our main panel, where they found charred wires and a burnt, brittle component of some sort. Being a serious fire hazard, they got approval from the owner to obtain the supplies and.fix the problem immediately, even though they were needed at another location. Their concern over the problem and our safety was genuine, and we are grateful for their expertise and dedication to eliminating the risk despite the demands on their time.
