Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Nick came out on a Saturday and completed a massive landscape clean up in 3 hours that I wasn't able to accomplish in several years. Did an amazing job and I am looking forward to future projects with the company! Highly recommend!

These guys did a great job at my house. They pressure washed the entire thing and made it look like new again. They stripped and caulked all my windows and sealed all the concrete. They're fast, efficient, friendly, and professional, and their prices are reasonable. Best of all, they actually show up and get the work done. I would highly recommend Nick and his team for any job you might have.

I have no time for yard work and lack the “know how” and tools. I let my backyard get too crazy and if y’all are ever planning to use cardboard instead of landscape paper before you spread mulch…well…just don’t.
If anyone is in need of help with landscaping, I recommend Nick Knasel, small business owner of Pro 1 Property Solutions, llc. He took this backyard eye sore away, removing weeds, mulch, a small tree that took root…and made me love this space again in just a few days. No mulch…just colorful river rock…some simple perennials I selected…and peace was restored. He also trimmed up that Japanese maple in front of my house. I LOVE it!
