After getting a new home built, we called all over the southern part of the state and could not find anyone willing to install a furnace unless we purchased the furnace through them. We had already purchased a furnace and finally found D.L. Haines. He was very good about communication and did not have any problem with the fact that we already had purchased the furnace. What most HVAC companies won't tell you is that they make the bulk of their profit from the sale of furnace, not the installation. Dennis did all of the ductwork and installation of the furnace and is coming back in the spring to set the AC unit. He was friendly, considerate and did a good job. It happened very quickly and we are now able to heat the home before the cold weather came.

We really like them. We had waited late to do the service work and had already had to turn on the heat. We trust them and he doesn't try to get you to do things just to spend more money. We have used them for 7-10 years. We had used them in our other house. They have always been real good about taking care of us and not charging us extra. They tell us what to look out for.

Late yesterday afternoon the AC unit for our upstairs stopped working while the outside temp was 102 degrees. I called Dennis, who has done repairs for us at our previous house for years, and he offered to come last night. I said that since our downstairs unit was working we would be fine until today. He said that they had two other jobs for today, but that they would be here around 11:30am. They were here at exactly 11:30am and had us up and running within 10 minutes. We have always appreciated Dennis's honesty and promptness and extremely fair prices and it is nice to know that you are going to be seeing the same people every time they come. It isn't a huge company with lots of repair people that may or may not know what they are doing. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has any kind of heating and air needs. D.L. Haines company can do it all.
