Mr. Wages was extremely rude on two occasions. He was to repair my stove - the oven was not preheating to the desired temperature. His repairs did not work. I called and left a message telling him the stove still did not work. He called back and told me the oven temperature gauge I was using probably was not accurate. I wrote him a letter asking him to honor his one year warranty or refund my money, so he came back. He would not speak to me. Instead of repairing the stove, he replaced the OLD parts he took out originally and left a refund for the new parts I was charged on his original repair. He has done repairs for me for several year in three of my properties and because of his current attitude, I will NEVER have him on any of my premises again! I have also referred other people to him, which I will NEVER do again either!

He's very reliable. When I called he got back with you promptly. He tries to answer all your questions. He's very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. As a woman the first time he came out, I was very comfortable with him here without my husband present. The second time he came my husband was very impressed as well

He can work on any appliance, he's knowledgeable of all brand appliances and I'd highly recommend.
