They were due to do annual termite inspection before noon on 9/9/14 and were to call before coming so we could put our dogs up and open the gate for them. They did not show up by 1:00PM so I called to see where they were. I was told that the tech was held up on another job. I was not given a reason for them not calling to let me know of him being late. We had to go somewhere and could not wait all day on them. They have never been ontime for the 7 years we have used them. I was told that they could come the next day 9/10/14 but we had somewhere to go. I told them to cancel our service. The next day when I returned I had a voicemail saying that the tech had been to my house and the gate was closed and he could not get in. They were not even supposed to come again. I know that the tech told a lie as I had other workers here all day and the gates were open and dogs put up. I asked the other workers and they said that nobody came.
I contacted the owner to let him know of this but he did not seem interested in loosing the business.
I have now gone with a more professional company.

We've been using Dave's Pest Control for about 6 years.
They are quick and efficient and don't leave much mess. They always contact us in advance before they come to make sure someone is here. The pricing is reasonable too.
