The project took a couple weeks to complete which was reasonable given how extensive the remodel was.  Harold was very careful to be sure all facets of the remodel were completed to high standards, even returning on his own volition (and after all work was completed and paid) to satisfy himself as to how the toilet bowl was leveled and seated.

Mr. Harold Mast was an elderly gentleman. It was a fiber glass shower and the cost of replacing it was as much as putting a tile. His price was very reasonable. I had to pay for the tile separately. He had to tear off the old stuff including the old fixture. I also had to call a plumber in to install the new fixture. The cost of the tile, his labor and the plumbing was $2100. He was very personable. He had a pleasant personality. He was a hard worker and worked around my schedule. I could not get it done all at once because of my work schedule and he was very accommodating. He would do work one day in a week and would come back to work for a day in the following week. If he had to come later in the day, he would do that. He was very accommodating as far as the hours were concerned. I was not his only job and so, he worked out of his way. His work skills were excellent. He was very easy to talk to if I had any concerns. His price was neither way under nor way over. His punctuality would vary. I would expect him earlier in the day sometimes but something else would be going on and he would not be able to do the job but it was not his fault.

After viewing the bathroom, Mr. Mast gave me an estimate which included removing the old toilet and vanity and hauling them away. Work was started within 3 or 4 weeks after getting the estimate. The installation went smoothly and was well done. He and his assistant were very meticulous in their work.

We found Mast Contracting through the flooring company where we bought the tile. Harold Mast is one of their tile setters. From the very start of this project, Harold was professional and informative. Harold and his son in law were very nice and did a great job. I will use them again for future projects.

It went great working with him. This was the first time we had used his services and we were pleased with the work he did. He was able to save all the tiles during the process and put them back down and we have not had any problems since.
