Carpet Cleaning
They didn’t that great of a job and they stole from me.

The employees were right on time. They will call you if they are not on schedule, many times they are ahead of schedule and will call and come early if that will work for us.
They move furniture if necessary and always leave foam blocks or papers under the legs of furniture so they stay dry and don't stain the carpet. Our carpets are always very clean when they leave. The house smells good and they remove nearly all the liquid they use, so carpets are dry in no time!
Hartzell employees are friendly and honest. I have no qualms about leaving them alone in our home.
We have been customers of theirs for over 25 years and recommend them whenever we are asked about carpet cleaners!
If you have pets, they will put extra effort in pet stains!
They also do a great job cleaning upholstery!

We are having trouble with some of the work that they did for us and they are not honoring the warranty.
