Window World came down to Bedford with a sample window so we could see how it worked, and what it looked like.  He measured the windows and discussed options with us.  We decided to buy 7 double hung windows, a bay window, and a garden window.  We scheduled a time for installation after the  bay window was scheduled to come in.  Each window has a serial number and a lifetime (house) guarantee.  The installation was scheduled for Feb 23 and would take 2 days.  Because of bad weather forecast on Feb 24, two crews arrived at approximately 0900 on Feb 23.  The installation was finished at 2:30 pm, a day early, and they did an excellent job.  They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and I was impressed with the work.  I love my new windows and they look great.   I recommend Window World as a great place to get replacement windows.

They provided a great window with a diamond pattern (alot of companies dont) and installed them a week earlier than quoted.
The guys doing the job were on-time, courteous,and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job.
The windows come with a lifetime warrentee and their local office honors it.

In November we had an estimate for windows for the house which the salesman said would take about 5 weeks to be ready for installation. In January I called Window World to see if they had arrived yet. The woman said she thought she had called everyone from November (an oversight?). The windows were installed in January and the outside looked good. The crew didn't chalk or put trim on the inside. My husband had the salesman come back out and he said they would come and fix the inside windows. We ordered windows for the garage at that time and again the salesman said it would take 3 weeks to get the windows. Two and a half months later, my husband called to see what the status was on the windows. Again an oversight? A different crew showed up yesterday and fixed the inside house windows and installed the garage windows. Since Window World made good on the promise of fixing the inside I would recommend them but the OFFICE could do a better job of communication.

Estimate very fast. No sales pressure. Installation took two days longer than original estimate. Installers informed me that work would take longer since my old windows were very old. I am thrilled with result. Installers very pleasant. Windows are very energy efficent .

It was very expensive, but it was quite worth it. They did a really good job. The quality of the product is wonderful. We have saved a lot of money on heating. I would definitely recommend them and their product. These people are excellent.
