Tan met with us and listened to our requirements and our wish list. He came back with three different ideas for us to consider. These ideas were outstanding and things we would have never thought of. He then created plans for us to use during our bidding process. He was present during our interviews with the builders to explain the project and was a great asset in the bidding process as we had somebody there that understood construction and understood the plan. Because we had this space design the builders were more equipped to give us a detailed bid and they were more comfortable in understanding/defining the scope of the project. Tan also met with the builder and us and we met modifications to adjust the project to our budget. Tan was not just a space design professional. He was also an advocate with the builder that made us feel better about this very large project. He had great ideas and we never felt that he was pushing anything onto us. He was absolutely great to work. He redid the prints many times and we never felt that this was a problem.
