I called on the weekend when I locked myself out of my house. Steve took the phone call himself and drove out to help. He had my door unlocked in about 5 seconds. I appreciate his prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service.

Steve searched through his workshop and found two Schlage keyed door locks that he had removed from customers' doors. He was able to install a lock cylinder in one of these locks and rekey it to my key and make it all work. The door lock is like new; I installed it in my door, and it works beautifully.Steve only charged me $ 10 for rekeying, and gave me the lock for free. I will definitely use him for all my locks and recommend him highly to anybody in and around Columbus, IN who needs a locksmith
