RS Warren Construction put a new roof on my house several years ago, and I never forgot the great service I received, for a great price. So, when it came time to put another roof on (a different house), I only made one call - to Randy. I knew getting any other quotes would just be a waste of time.  True to form, I received great service and a great price, again. Randy's guys got my roof done in about 6 hours, and it looks fantastic.  I'm happy to recommend RS Warren to anyone.

We have a 1774 sq. foot, 2 story house. RS Warren worked hard for our business and won it with their service, willingness to handle our insurance claims, and meet all of our requests. The work was done on time, in a professional manner, with all clean up taken care of by crew. Our house looks wonderful, we love the new roof and it will be a great selling feature in the future with the high quality of product put on our roof. After us, there were three other houses next to ours that used RS Warren.

This contractor was extremely professional.  They arrived when they indicated they would, conducted the work professionally and completely cleaned up their mess.  Extremely professional people to deal with.  I feel they went the full ten yards to make a customer completely satisfied.  I would recommend this contractor to my best friend and would certainly use them again in future.

I have used RS Warren construction before. Excellent work. Fast, timely, excellent crews, makes the customer happy. Roof is done in a day, materials ordered in advance, everyone on the same timeline. No issues. Crew cleans up after work is done. Low stress on customer. RS Warren has my highest recommendation. Randy and Tony are smart, very knowledgable.

Randy will meet with any insurance adjusters and insures if there is damage, your insurance company takes care of the homeowner.
Insurance companies are not always concerned about your interest. Insurance companies protect their financial interest.

They installed the original siding and a little bit came off due to very high winds. They came out right away to fix the small issue at no charge. They are a great local company. I would highly recommend them.

They had to reduce the price to meet what the insurance company was willing to pay. The work was completed in one day. All work detailed on the estimate was completed.
