Ono Brothers General Contractors

I have had an intermittent roof leak for a few years and have had several contractors try to find/fix it. Nobody was able to do so. Ono Brothers came out a few times and found some minor issues, which they repaired, but the leaks continued. I finally removed the ceiling in that room in order to better determine where the leak might be originating. While the leak sources had been narrowed down with the removal of the ceiling, there were no issues found on the roof corresponding to those areas. So I called a few contractors again and they all ignored me - except for Ono Brothers. Mark and David came out immediately, looked it over then took charge and in one day (the very next day) his team removed the old roof, installed a new deck and new shingles and flashing. They took extra care to make sure it was done perfectly, with very careful attention to every detail. I am very impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, friendly attitude and desire to solve problems. They took great care to ensure that minimal mess was made during the project and when they left, there remained no evidence that they were ever there. I am very grateful to Ono Brothers for stepping up when nobody else wanted to tackle the job; for their quick response and their outstanding crew. In summary I highly recommend Ono Brothers for ANY contractor work, big or small. And I want to express my heartfelt and genuine gratitude to Mark, David, Chris and the rest of the crew for a phenomenal effort. Thanks so much!!

Very professional and superior service and quality. I have worked with Mark and Terry on several projects and will continue to do so. They are honest and I appreciate their attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a general contractor.

We were so frustrated after a month and a half we finally just kicked them out of our house. My heart rate goes up whenever I see their truck around town. Worst nightmare of an experience EVER!!

They did good quality work.  They did a good job of managing the whole project such as drywall, carpeting, and painting. 

The company was out of Columbus and was on the state farm preferred list. I went along with them though I had got bids from other companies. They came in mid-range pricewise and since they were on the state farm's preferred list, I got a better guarantee and warranty, so I went that route. Those guys worked very hard in the heat. My overall experience was very good. The price was mid-range and I was happy with it. My total bill was probably around 11-12 thousand dollars, but that was because I had the extra work done. The quality of work was very good. There was a supervisor on the job at all times. He was accessible and they were all English-speaking, which was a treat. I am serious. They did not pick them up at the local supermarket corner. I am from California, so I know these things. The supervisor was very good and the work was detailed. I had noticed one slight glitch and they were back the next morning and they apologized. A slat wasn't fixed right, but they took care of it and their work was excellent. I had water damage so they also did the interior. They took out some wet insulation, fixed the drywall, repainted, and matched everything perfectly. They did not leave a mess. I didn't pick three nails in my whole yard. They were very responsive. They were always there when I needed them. Patrick Hubbard was the project manager and I could get him 24 hours a day. They were punctual and professional. I hope I don't need to use them, but I would use them again. I would recommend them even though they are all the way in Columbus.

He does not advertise. He works by word of mouth. He is excellent at whatever he does. I love the work he does on my home. He does a good job. He always comes back and checks that they have done it. However, he is not reliable enough to come when he does not want to. He has too much of work. He is punctual when it comes to work. He is here when he says he will be here. However, when I need him to check things and give me an estimate, he is not punctual.
