We had a great experience. Although the wallpaper was more difficult to remove than expected, Newland-White did not charge us more for the additional labor. Due to the difficulty of the wallpaper, the job took longer than expected. Steve stayed in contact with us during this time and continued to work until the job was finished. We even felt comfortable enough with the company that we allowed them access to the house while we were out of town so that they could finish the job before our new floors were put in. They understood the importance of getting the job done by a certain date, and they did everything possible to meet that deadline. Newland-White also gave us tips on removing some wallpaper in other parts of the house on our own. They were upfront with the whole process and we had no surprises. I would definitely recommend them to a friend as well as use them again.
