My husband and I were very please with the service, materials and new roof. The price was the most competitive. The roof was completed in November 2013. There was one small thing that was needed to complete the job. I have not been able to get this completed. Now, John is not even returning my phone calls. This leaves us in a bind, as we have paid them for all the work and now may have to hire someone to provide the missing flashing. I would have recommended Moore Roofing to everyone I know, but now I am not so sure.

We contacted Moore's late morning of the 7th (the day after Indiana received the foot of snow). He went above and beyond and traveled to our home to inspect our roof. We were worried when we looked into our attic to see ice building up. This was causing some areas to be wet on our ceiling. He was very calm and explained that was normal with the amount of snow and low temperature. We felt relieved. He explained that in a couple of days, once the temperature rises, we will see it go away. We will be very happy to use them in the future for any roofing needs. Thanks!

They were excellent. Everybody I know that has used them had an excellent experience. We had a problem with a lost phone message so I had to call them back to get an estimate. The owner called and apologized and said they would come out right away. After that everything was wonderful. They were prompt and stayed in communication because there were so many people that needed roofs because of a hail storm. The estimate was really detailed and easy to understand. The price was one of the best. It seemed like they were doing a lot more work for the same price as some of the other roofing companies.

I was doing remodeling in 2008, and part of that was to replace the roof. Moore's provided a no-cost and competitive estimate, which I accepted from 3 estimates obtained from other companies. The work was well-synchronized and performed/completed all in the same day. In 2011 we had a major hail storm, and the roof withstood it well. Moore's and my insurance company inspected the roof for damage and found only minor and quot;scuffingand quot; which would not cause any issue (no-cost inspection from Moore's). About 90% of my other neighbors who had orginals roofs had to replace them due to the hail damage. Moore's guantees my satisfaction and they have it. A+!!!

They did a great job and did it all in one day. They did very good. Did it on time and cleaned up their messed.

They were fast and did a good job. They cleaned up very well. He kept me updated on every aspect if the job. They were flexible. The work looks really good so far.

The roof actually is fine. However, I did run into some problems with some damage to some landscape and a gutter. The landscape has come out okay, and the gutter had to be replaced, and they did replace that. The price was very competitive. I am not sure if I would use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the crew and supervisors who were on sight the entire time. They protected our plants and windows with sheets of plywood and tarps and cleaned up the work site very well at the end.

We went back to them because they'd put in a new roof on our house four years ago. They did a really nice job with that. We just called and had them come back and they did another nice job. They gave us a quote and they met their quote. They were here when they said they'd be here. They were professional but they were friendly. They did a good job and that's all we asked for. We had to call them a couple of times for them to come out. We would use their services again in the future.
