Midwest Computer Solutions didn't treat me like an important client, it took 2 weeks to replace the screen instead of the 2 days they said. Another time, we had monitor problems with a new computer, they said it wasn't the monitor and it turned out to be the monitor.

"All customers are to be treated professionally and equally. The invoice was $253.75 not $400.00. We do not do any work without prior customer approval. We waived our $50.00 diagnosis fee in exchange for the repair, giving the customer a discount. Out standard turn around time is stated at the counter as a week or less unless parts have to be ordered. We would like the review removed and the customer to please contact the owner, Tom Ganus, at 812-372-9400 to assist them in satisfaction."

They performed the work very well. It took longer than anticipated to get the repair completed but they did tell us that they were very swamped at the time we dropped it off for repair. We have been very satisfied with the results.
