Integrity and Design

My parents needed new gutters so I called Craig Carter/Integrity and Design. I was out of state at the time and asked him to go take a look and get back to me with an estimate. Having used his services before I had no problem trusting that he would do what I needed without my having to be there. He quickly did what I asked and about a week later my mom called to tell me she had new gutters with guards. She was tickled pink. She told me how polite everyone was, how nice it looked, how impressed she was that everything went so quickly, and that they picked up every scrap leaving no trash behind. I saw them when I got home about a month later and, as my mom would say, they're very pretty. I think it speaks volumes about this company that I was able to conduct business with them across the miles with confidence they would do the right thing and do it well. I would never send someone unknown to my parents to their home if I didn't trust them implicitly.

Things went well from the beginning. Craig had trouble with the and quot;gutter helmetand quot; people. They wouldn't let Craig do the work with the gutters, and we didn't want to pay more for their people to come fix things.

These guys are a pleasure to work with. They were always on time and so incredibly friendly I almost hated to see them go. They were absolutely professional and made every effort to ensure that I wouldn't be too badly inconvenienced by their presence. They completed all the work in a very timely manner and cleaned up after themselves day by day. I am planning to have additional work done on my home and have every intention of contacting Integrity and Design again. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to work with honest, efficient, professional people. Integrity isn't just part of their name, it's who they are.

My home experienced extensive damage due to a spring hail storm. Three companies stopped by and offered their services to inspect my roof for damage. All three seemed nice enough but one of them tried to make me sign a contract that evening, which I wasn't going to do, so they were eliminated right away and I wanted to do some investigating of the other two. A couple of days passed and I was out mowing when I was approached by this young man who introduced himself as Craig Carter from Integrity and Design Construction. We talked for a short time before he asked if anyone had checked my roof for damage and offered to check it himself. My first reaction was that I knew there was damage so there was no need for him to look at it. We talked for a short time before he gave me his card and left me to finish my mowing. That evening I kept thinking about what a nice guy he seemed to be and how much I enjoyed talking to him about things other than the damage to my house. He made such a good impression on me that I called him the next day to tell him I would like him to do the work on my house and I do not regret that decision. Craig's work has been excellent. He has performed all of the work that the insurance company initially approved and worked with them to get some additional items taken care of that the adjuster forgot to include in the original claim. He has even done some additional small work not included in the claim as a favor to me. There were no problems with his crews while Craig was at another site and he would come by and check on them at different times during the day to make sure everything was going well. He is very concerned about the quality of his work. In short, I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Craig and Integrity and Design Construction to perform work. Craig is a very personable young man who will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied with his work. I have a new roof, siding, gutters and down spouts and the house looks great. I was looking for a good and trustworthy contractor and found one who has become a friend.
