They had my vehicle for an entire week. The parts I requested to be replaced were not replaced and the extra services,labor and parts I was charged for were not performed as they stated they had done. Had to replace my coil,plug wires and plugs and thermostat due to their mechanic not reinstalling properly. They even refunded some of the money charged after admitting fault to the initial discrepancies I found. After going through all they claimed to have done I found nothing had been replaced...yet they charged me for it. I told them they would never touch my vehicle again after the total lack of professionalism I received. Only a full refund would be satisfactory at this point.

John was very professional and knowledgeable. Identified the problem with my car by listening to the noise from the engine. The technicians got the repair done within the time limit that I had with a fair price. They also provided courtesy ride.

HK was great. We contacted them about swapping the transmission in our car. We shopped around and found a good transmission rebuild company and ordered the transmission for the car and had it shipped directly to HK Auto. Once it arrived we scheduled the appointment and got the car dropped off. Within a day the transmission was swapped and driving well.
Since the new transmission came with fluid in it still from the rebuilder the swap came in cheaper than the original quote as they did not have to use as much transmission fluid.

I brought the car in to make sure they were going to have all the parts for the repair. They were accurate on their estimate. The car was completed when they said it would be done. I knew the owner from attending a meeting with him. I didn't compare their prices but they were competitive. They worked around my schedule.
