Mike did a good job. He ordered a part and then had to come back to put that on. When he came back for the second visit, he realized that he did not need the part after all. He found a wire with stripped insulation and was able to solve the issue by fixing that. He did not charge me for the unneeded part and he only charged me for one service call despite the fact he had came there two times.
While there Mike was very informative and educational and gave. me some tips,that I did not know. He clearly knows his trade.

Went very well.
I noticed that the furnace would not come on and I smelled gas in the garage where the unit is located. I called Goodner to come out and take a look. This was a Saturday afternoon and he came to my house from his house in less than 20 minutes. He found the root cause and had the issue fixed in about 15 minutes. He was not sure of the cost of the part, so rather than give me a wrong value, he said that he would look it up and just send me a bill.
This is the second time that I have used Goodner. The first time went just as well.
