I called the company to arrange for a pick-up time that would work for them. They were able to accommodate me with less than 2 hours notice. The driver arrived at the pick-up location ahead of time, the cargo van was clean and large enough to accommodate my picture laying on the floor. I had the delivery van driver follow my car so I could pace him (rounding corners slowly). The driver was friendly and helped unloading the picture. I had him write out a receipt to document that I had payed (delivery driver should always issue a receipt on company stationery when customer pays with cash). Their charge was reasonable (less expensive than if I rented a cargo van from U-Haul or from Enterprise). Overall, a very positive experience with a small local company that specializes in all sorts of deliveries (from local to out-of-state)
