they cleaned and put fabric protector on 2 bedrooms, living room and dining room combination and one 8X10 area rug. Could have spent a little more time and been a little more thorough.

Technician arrived on time; explained the process after inspecting the level of dirt/condition of each room; we had the rooms prepared for more than the traffic areas to be cleaned. He showed us the troublesome areas and when to work once we agreed on the price and the service we wanted. He completed the work in a timely manner, explained how long to stay off the carpet and next steps from there. I will definitely use Chem-Dry again!

He said it should be dry in a few hours, and it took about two days for it to dry but there was some rain and humidity also. He was here when he said he would be.
